This bass has the conversion varnish stripped off the body and it has been refinished with tung oil. It has stained headwings, and a 60s style pickguard and finger rest. This is the best sounding and best playing 4003s5 that I have owned. The oil finish gives it an interest mid growl. The additional rounding of the edges and the oil finish make this bass very comfortable to play.
